\u4ee5\u4e0b\u5167\u5bb9\u4f86\u81eaMacolipin\u5c0d\u65bc\u6291\u5236\u8840\u7ba1\u65b0\u751f\u7684\u6548\u679c\u5be6\u9a57\u8b49\u660e\u5831\u544a\u4e2d\u7684\u6458\u8981\u9078\u6bb5\uff0c\u8ffd\u8a18\u4e86\u7c21\u55ae\u7684\u89e3\u8aaa\u5167\u5bb9\u3002<\/p>\r\n

\u5f9e\u9bca\u9b5a\u7684\u808c\u8089\u4e2d\u7372\u53d6\u7684\u4e59\u9187\u62bd\u51fa\u7269\uff0c\u7279\u5225\u91dd\u5c0d\u6291\u5236\u8840\u7ba1\u65b0\u751f\u6709\u8457\u5f37\u5927\u7684\u529b\u91cf\u3002\u5728\u7814\u7a76\u6a5f\u95dc\u7684\u5be6\u9a57\u4e2d\uff0c\u8abf\u5236\u4e86\u5305\u542b\u4e86\u8c50\u5bcc\u7684\u4e8c\u5341\u4e8c\u78b3\u516d\u70ef\u9178\u6b50\u7c73\u83043\u8102\u80aa\u9178\u7684\u591a\u4e0d\u98fd\u548c\u8102\u80aa\u9178\u7684\u9bca\u9b5a\u62bd\u51fa\u8102\u8cea\uff08Macolipin\uff09,\u5728\u5be6\u9a57\u4e2d\u4ee55\u03bcg\/ml\u7684\u7a0b\u5ea6\u6291\u5236\u4e8650%\u7684\u8840\u7ba1\u5f62\u6210\u3002\u5728 \u53e3\u670d\u7d66\u4e88Macolipin\u7684\u52d5\u7269\u5be6\u9a57\u4e2d\uff0c\u4ee5\u9ad4\u91cd1kg\u5927\u7d04\u4f7f\u7528Macolipin17mg\u7684\u7d66\u4e88\u91cf\u53ef\u5faa\u5c0e\u6291\u523650%\u7684\u8840\u7ba1\u65b0\u751f\u3002\u800c\u4e14\u628aMacolipin\u8207\u6a44\u6b16\u6cb9\u4ee51\uff1a9\u7684\u6bd4\u4f8b\u878d\u5408\u958b\uff0c\u8a66\u7ba1\u5be6\u9a57\u5373\u6709\u4e862\u500d\u7684\u529f\u6548\u3002\u7576\u6642\u986f\u793a\u51fa\u4e86\u55ae\u7368\u4f7f\u7528\u6a44\u6b16\u6cb9\u5c0d\u65bc\u8a66\u7ba1\u5be6\u9a57\u548c\u4e3b\u52d5\u8108\u74b0\u6cd5\u5be6\u9a57\u5b8c\u5168\u6c92\u6709\u963b\u7919\u4f5c\u7528\u3002<\/p>\r\n

\u5f9e\u9019\u500b\u5be6\u9a57\u4e2d\uff0cMacolipin\u548c\u6a44\u6b16\u6cb9\u7684\u7d44\u5408\u88ab\u544a\u77e5\u53ef\u6d88\u9664\u50cfVEGF\u548cFGF-2, TGF-\u03b2\u9019\u6a23\u7684\u56e0\u5b50\u5f15\u8d77\u7684\u5c0d\u65bc\u523a\u6fc0\u8840\u7ba1\u65b0\u751f\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u6210\u9577\u56e0\u5b50\u58f9\u65e6\u523a\u6fc0\u5230\u816b\u7624\u5c0d\u76f8\u806f\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u8840\u7ba1\u7cfb\uff0c\u4fbf\u53ef\u4f7f\u816b\u7624\u6210\u9577\uff0c\u8f49\u79fb\u3002\u9019\u58f9\u7cfb\u5217\u7684\u5be6\u9a57\u4ee51\uff1a9\u7684Macolipin\u548c\u6a44\u6b16\u6cb9\u878d\u5408\u7269\uff0c\u5177\u6709\u5f37\u5927\u7684\u6291\u5236\u8840\u7ba1\u65b0\u751f\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u555f\u793a\u5176\u5177\u6709\u6539\u5584\u75c5\u614b\u4f5c\u7528\u4e26\u4e14\u662f\u53ef\u53e3\u670d\u7684\u6d3b\u6027\u5929\u7136\u7269\u3002Macolipin\u5c0d\u65bc\u6291\u5236\u8840\u7ba1\u65b0\u751f\u4f5c\u7528\u7684\u6a5f\u5236\uff0c\u53ef\u6291\u5236VEGF\u4ee5\u53ca\u5176\u53d7\u5bb9\u9ad4\uff08VEGFR-1\u548cVEGFR-2\uff09\u76f8\u7d50\u5408\uff0c\u53d7\u5bb9\u9ad4\u7684\u4fe1\u865f\u50b3\u8f38\u9014\u5f91\u6291\u5236\u4e86VEGF\u53d7\u5bb9\u9ad4\u916a\u6c28\u57fa\u7684\u78f7\u9178\u5316\u3002\u55ae\u7d14\u7684\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u6839\u64da\u963b\u7919\u6210\u9577\u56e0\u5b50\u7684\u8840\u7ba1\u7c98\u9644\uff0c\u53ef\u4f5c\u70ba\u9810\u9632\u8840\u7ba1\u65b0\u751f\u7684\u4e0b\u58f9\u6b65\u958b\u59cb\u7684\u58f9\u500b\u4fe1\u865f\u3002<\/p>\r\n
